The desing of the Spartan chess is the same as the one of our older Metal set. However it goes with chess pieces made from weighted plastic. The lovely burned folding chess board has an insert tray fitting the chessmen very well, which allows the chess pieces storage inside. The chessmen in this set are golden & black while the chess board is brown.
